Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

May 26, 1998.
    Take notice that on May 20, 1998, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company 
(Koch) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth 
Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, to become effective 
May 1, 1998:

Twenty-third Revised Sheet No. 24
Second Revised Sheet No. 1500
Fourth Revised Sheet No. 1501

    Koch states that this filing is in compliance with the Commission's 
May 5, 1998, Order on Request for Clarification, 83 FERC para. 61,135 
(1998), issued in the above captioned docket.
    Koch also states that it has served copies of this filing upon each 
person on the official service list compiled by the Secretary in this 
proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission 
and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
