Hearings and Appeals of the Department of Energy. The following summary 
also contains a list of submissions that were dismissed by the Office 
of Hearings and Appeals.

    The DOE granted a supplemental crude oil refund to the American 
National Can Company based on its rejection of a competing claim in 
Primerica Corp., 26 DOE para. 85,050 (1997), reconsideration denied, 27 
DOE para. 85,001 (1998).
