Take notice that on May 22, 2007, Kern River Gas Transmission Company (Kern River) proposed to withdraw the following tariff sheets filed on May 1, 2007, in this docket number.

Third Revised Sheet No. 301.

Second Revised Sheet No. 327.

Kern River states that it has served a copy of this filing upon each person designated on the official service list.

Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). Protests to this filing will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
