This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Kansas (FEMA-4063-DR), dated 05/24/2012.

Incident: Severe storms, tornadoes, straight-line winds, and flooding.

Incident Period: 04/14/2012 through 04/15/2012.

Effective Date: 05/24/2012.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/23/2012.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/25/2013.
