Grant of Individual Exemption for The Retirement Plan for
Salaried and Certain Hourly Employees of Keebler Company
AGENCY: Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration, Department of
Labor.
ACTION: Notice of technical correction.

On May 20, 1997, the Department published in the Federal Register
at 61 FR 27621 a notice of exemption containing a typographical error.
On page 27622, column 3, in the first full paragraph that begins, ``A
third commenter * * *,'' the last sentence therein should be revised to
read, ``As of December 31, 1996, the Property, which is the Plan's sole
real estate investment, represented 0.66% [not 66%] of the Plan's
assets.''
