Technology Limited
AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DOD.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent
to grant to ECR Technology Limited, a revocable, nonassignable,
exclusive license in the United States, to practice the Government-
Owned invention described in U.S. Patent No. 5,651,976 entitled
``Controlled Release of Active Agents Using Inorganic Tubules'' issued
July 29, 1997.
DATES: Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license must file
written objections along with supporting evidence, if any, not later
than August 9, 1999.
