    SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of High Plains Broadcasting, 
    Inc., allots Channel 264C to Berthold, ND, as the community's first 
    local aural service. See 64 FR 7847, February 17, 1999. Channel 264C 
    can be allotted to Berthold in compliance with the Commission's minimum 
    distance separation requirements without a site restriction, at 
    coordinates 48-18-54 NL; 101-44-12 WL. Canadian concurrence in the 
    allotment has been received since Berthold is located within 320 
    kilometers (200 miles) of the U.S.-Canadian border. With this action, 
    this proceeding is terminated.
    
    DATES: Effective July 12, 1999. A filing window for Channel 264C at 
    Berthold will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening 
    a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in 
    a subsequent order.
