E4-1325. Dominion Transmission, Inc.; Notice of Compliance Filing

    Take notice that on May 28, 2004, Dominion Transmission, Inc. (DTI) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, with an effective date of April 1, 2004:

    Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 151 and

    Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 201

    DTI states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the Commission's Letter Order dated April 2, 2004, in this proceeding and to clarify the right of first refusal rights of a shipper with varying MDTQs under its Rate Schedules FT and FTNN.

    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
