Take notice that on June 2, 2003, PG&E Gas Transmission, Northwest Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing to be part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1-A, Fourteenth Revised Sheet No. 15, with an effective date of June 1, 2003.

GTN states that this sheet is being filed to reflect the implementation of one new negotiated rate agreement and the removal of four negotiated rate agreements that have expired.

GTN further states that a copy of this filing has been served on GTN's jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies.
