Pennunion Energy Services, L.L.C.; Order Granting Blanket 
Authorization To Import Natural Gas From Canada and Mexico and To 
Export Natural Gas to Canada and Mexico

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting PennUnion Energy Services, 
L.L.C. authorization to import up to 40 Bcf of natural gas from Canada 
and to export up to 40 Bcf of natural gas to Canada. PennUnion also 
received authorization to import up to 40 Bcf of natural gas from 
Mexico and to export up to 40 Bcf of natural gas to Mexico. The term of 
this authorization is for a period of two years beginning on the date 
of the initial import or export delivery, whichever occurs first.
    This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of 
Fuels Programs docket room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday 
through Friday, except Federal holidays.
