SUMMARY:

The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by WCTV Licensee Corporation, licensee of station WCTV-TV, NTSC Channel 6, Thomasville, Georgia, requesting the substitution of DTV Channel 46 for station WCTV-TV's assigned DTV Channel 52. DTV Channel 46 can be allotted to Thomasville, Georgia, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 30-40-13 N and 83-56-26 W with a power of 1000 (kW) and a height above average terrain (HAAT) of 619 meters.
