Meetings of the Federal Gas Valuation Negotiated Rulemaking
Committee
AGENCY: Minerals Management Service, Interior.
ACTION: Notice of meetings.

SUMMARY: The Federal Gas Valuation Negotiated Rulemaking Committee
(Committee) was established by the Secretary of the Department of the
Interior (Department) to develop specific recommendations regarding
Federal gas valuation pursuant to the Department's responsibilities
imposed by the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act of 1982, 30
U.S.C. 1701 et seq. (FOGRMA). The Committee completed its deliberations
and final report in March 1995.
DATES: The Committee will meet to review the draft proposed rulemaking
on Wednesday and Thursday, June 28 and 29, 1995, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
each day.
ADDRESSES: The meetings will be held at the Golden Hill Office Complex,
12600 West Colfax Avenue, Suite B-200, Lakewood, CO 80215-3735.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The location and dates of future meetings
will be published in the Federal Register.
The meetings will be open to the public without advanced
registration and public attendance will be limited to the space
available. Participation by the public will be limited to written
statements for the Committee's consideration. The public will have an
[[Page 31127]] opportunity to comment on the proposed rulemaking during
the public comment period.
Written statements should be submitted to the address listed above
or at the meeting. Minutes of Committee meetings will be available for
public inspection and copying 10 days following the meetings at the
same address. In addition, the materials received to date during the
input sessions are available for inspection and copying at the same
address.
