    Committee.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: The Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee
(ETTAC) is renewed. The renewal of the ETTAC is in accordance with the
    Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App.2, and 41 CFR parts 101-
5.10(1990), Federal Advisory Committee Management Rule.
ETTAC was established May 31, 1994, to advise the Secretary of
Commerce in his capacity as the Chairman of the Trade Promotion
Coordinating Committee (TPCC), as well as other TPCC heads and
officials on issues related to the export of environmental
    technologies.

Jobs Through Trade Enhancement Act, 15 U.S.C. 4728 (c). This Act
mandated the creation of such an advisory committee on the promotion of
