Trailblazer Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

June 9, 1997.
    Take notice that on June 4, 1997, Trailblazer Pipeline Company 
(Trailblazer) tendered for filing to be part of the its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, Original Sheet No. 203A, to be 
effective May 1, 1997.
    Trailblazer states that Original Sheet No. 203A was filed in 
compliance with OPR Letter Order issued May 30, 1997 in Docket No. 
RP97-54-004 (Letter Order), which directed Trailblazer to repaginate 
Original Sheet No. 204 filed on May 2, 1997 in Docket No. RP94-54-004.
    Trailblazer states that a copy of the filing has been served on its 
transportation customers, interested state commissions and all parties 
set out on the official service list at Docket Nos. RP97-54-000, et al.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Regulations. All such protests must be filed as provided 
in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
