Notice of Prospective Patent License
AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
ACTION: NASA hereby gives notice that PRAXAIR, Inc., of 39 Old Ridge
Berry Road, Danbury, CT 06810-5113, has applied for an exclusive
license to practice the invention described and claimed in U.S. Patent
Nos. 4,917,302, entitled ``High Temperature Flexible Seal''; 5,014,917,
entitled ``High Temperature Flexible, Thermal Barrier Seal'' and
5,082,293, entitled ``High Temperature Flexible, Fiber-Preform Seal,''
which are assigned to the United States of America as represented by
the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
Written objections to the prospective grant of a license to PRAXAIR,
Inc., should be sent to Lewis Research Center.
