Ellen L. Munter; Change in Bank Control Notice; Acquisition of 
Shares of Banks or Bank Holding Companies; Correction

    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 94-13643) published on page 
29294 of the issue for Monday June 6, 1994.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City heading, the entry 
for Ellen L. Munter is corrected to read as follows:
    1. Ellen L. Munter, and Terry R. Munter, Coleridge, Nebraska; to 
acquire an additional 17.04 percent of the voting shares of Gray 
Bancorp, Coleridge, Nebraska, for a total of 67.90 percent, and thereby 
indirectly acquire Coleridge National Bank, Coleridge, Nebraska.
    Comments on this application must be received by June 24, 1994.
