Etrema Products, Inc.; Partially Exclusive Patent
AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DOD.
ACTION: Intent to grant partially exclusive patent license; Etrema
Products, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Edge Technologies, Inc.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent
to grant to Etrema Products, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Edge
Technologies, Inc., a revocable, nonassignable, partially exclusive
license in the United States to practice the Government-owned
inventions described in U.S. Patents No. 4,158,368, entitled
``Magnetostrictive Transducer,'' and 4,375,372, entitled ``Use of Cubic
Rare Earth-Iron Laves Phase Intermetallic Compounds as Magnetostrictive
Transducer Materials''.
Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has 60 days
from the date of this notice to file written objections along with
supporting evidence, if any. Written objections are to be filed with
the Office of Naval Research (ONR 00CC3), Ballston Tower One, 800 North
Quincy Street, Arlington, Virginia 22217-5660.
