    SUMMARY:

    In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), this notice announces that the Information Collection Request (ICR) abstracted below has been forwarded to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for extension of the currently approved collection. The ICR describes the nature of the information collection and the expected burden. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following collection of information was published on December 19, 2003, on page 70861.

    Comments must be submitted on or before July 14, 2004. A comment to OMB is most effective if OMB receives it within 30 days of publication.

    Title: Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration, Notice of Actual Construction or Alteration, Project Status Report.

    Type of Request: Extension of a currently approved collection.

    OMB Control Number: 2120-0001.

    Forms(s): FAA Form 7460-1, 7460-2.

    Affected Public: A total of 25,000 individuals, government agencies, or businesses that conduct construction activities.

    Abstract: 49 U.S.C Section 44718 states that the Secretary of Transportation shall require notice of structures that may affect navigable airspace, air commerce, or air capacity. These notice requirements are contained in 14 CFR Part 77.

    Estimated Annual Burden Hours: An estimated 15,500 hours annually.
