Old National Bancorp; Notice of Application to Engage de novo in 
Permissible Nonbanking Activities; Correction

    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 94-11061) published on page 
23860 of the issue for Monday, May 9, 1994.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis heading, the entry for 
Old National Bancorp is corrected to read as follows:
    1. Old National Bancorp, Evansville, Indiana; to engage de novo 
through its subsidiary The ONB Trust Company, N.A., Terre Haute, 
Indiana (Trust Company), and through two operating subsidiaries of 
Trust Company, The ONB Trust Company, N.A. - Kentucky, Morganfield, 
Kentucky, and The ONB Trust Company, N.A. - Illinois, Mt. Carmel, 
Illinois, in trust company activities pursuant to Sec.  225.25(b)(3) of 
the Board's Regulation Y.
    Comments on this application must be received by July 10, 1994.
