AGENCY: Big Cypress National Preserve, Florida, National Park Service.

ACTION: Notice of availability of Plan of Operations.

SUMMARY: In accordance with section 9.52 of Title 36 of the Code of 
Federal Regulations, the National Park Service has received a Plan of 
Operations from Calumet Florida, Inc. for oil and gas operations in Big 
Cypress National Preserve. The public is invited to review and comment 
on the Plan of Operations, copies of which are available for review 
during normal business hours at the following locations.
