INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION AGENCY

Meeting of Advisory Committee on Voluntary Foreign Aid

    Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, notice is hereby 
given of a meeting of the Advisory Committee on Voluntary Foreign Aid 
(ACVFA).

    Date: June 21, 1995 (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
    Location: State Department, Loy Henderson Auditorium, 23rd 
Street Entrance.
    The purposes of the meeting are: to be briefed on, and provide 
nongovernmental [[Page 31494]] input regarding USAID's New 
Partnerships Initiative; to examine USAID's re-engineering process 
and its implications for private voluntary organizations; and to 
discuss the status of USAID procurement reforms.
    The meeting is free and open to the public. However, 
notification by June 19, 1995, through the advisory committee 
headquarters is required. Persons wishing to attend the meeting must 
call Lisa Douglas-Watson [phone] or Susan Saragi (703) 351-
0244 or FAX [phone]. Persons attending must include 
their name, organization, birthdate and social security number for 
security purposes.
