Furfuryl Alcohol from Thailand

AGENCY: International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Notice of cancellation of public hearing.

SUMMARY: On June 7, 1995, the Commission received a letter from counsel 
for petitioner in the subject investigation (QO Chemicals, Inc., West 
Lafayette, IN) withdrawing its request to appear at the hearing, 
provided that such withdrawal would result in a determination by the 
Commission not to hold a hearing. No other party has filed a request to 
appear at the hearing, which was scheduled for June 13, 1995 (60 FR 
27554, May 24, 1995). Accordingly, the Commission has determined to 
cancel its public hearing in this investigation, and that no earlier 
announcement of this cancellation was possible.

EFFECTIVE DATE: June 9, 1995.
