Northwest Natural Gas Company; Order Granting Blanket 
Authorization To Import and Export Natural Gas From and to Canada

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting Northwest Natural Gas 
Company (NNG) authorization to import up to 100 Bcf and to export up to 
100 Bcf of natural gas from and to Canada. The term of the 
authorization is for a period of two years, beginning on the date of 
first import or export delivery.
    NNG's order is available for inspection and copying in the Office 
of Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue SW., Washington, D.C. 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday 
through Friday, except Federal holidays.
