On June 2, 1994, Yale University (Applicant), of 20 Ashmun Street,

determination has been made that the submittal constitutes a complete
    filing.
According to the applicant, the topping-cycle cogeneration facility
will be located on the campus of Yale University in New Haven,
Connecticut, and will consist of 3 combustion turbine generators and
heat recovery boilers, 5 diesel generators and boilers. Steam recovered
from the facility will be used in the campus. The primary energy source

Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE.,
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with rules 211 and 214 of the
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such motions or

this notice in the Federal Register and must be served on the
applicant. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining
the appropriate action to be taken but will not serve to make
protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a
party must file a petition to intervene. Copies of this filing are on
file with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
