Incident Period: 04/23/2011 through 06/03/2011.

Effective Date: 06/03/2011.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/01/2011.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/02/2012.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of Arkansas, dated 05/02/2011, is hereby amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning 04/23/2011 and continuing through 06/03/2011.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
