Notice of Disposition of Application for Duty-Free Entry of 
Scientific Instrument

    The applicant requested withdrawal of its application since no duty 
was levied on the entry covered by Docket Number 94-030 (See notice at 
59 FR 18994, April 21, 1994). Pursuant to Sec. 301.5(g) of the 
regulations, we hereby discontinue processing this application.
