Sea Robin Pipeline Co.; Notice of Proposed Changes to FERC Gas
    Tariff

    June 11, 1997.
Take notice that on June 6, 1997, Sea Robin Pipeline Company (Sea
Robin) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First
Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheet in compliance
with the Commission's Order dated May 28, 1997 in this docket, to
    become effective May 1, 1997:

Substitute First Revised Fourth Revised Sheet No. 7

On April 22, 1997, the Commission issued on ``Order on Settlement,
Establishing Just and Reasonable Rates,'' in which the Commission
ordered Sea Robin to reduce its rates at the levels contained in the
order. Sea Robin made a compliance filing on April 29, 1997, which the
Commission accepted by letter order dated May 28, 1997, with the
exception of one modification. In the letter order, the Commission
directed Sea Robin to eliminate from the tariff sheet a reference to
GISB Standard No. 5.3.22. Sea Robin states that it has eliminated this
    reference.
Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE.,
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedures. All such protests must
be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's
Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to
make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are
on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection in
    the Public Reference Room.
