SUMMARY: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this
notice announces the Small Business Administration's intentions to
request approval on a new, and/or currently approved information
collection.

month coaching new Small Business owners in solving problems and in
learning better methods to start, run and grow their business.
Annual Responses: 5,000.
Annual Burden: 417.
Title: ``Business Coaches Proteges. Application''.
Type of Request: New Collection.
Form No: 2064.
Description of Respondents: Small Business owners who are in need
of coaching in order to solve problems they are experiencing in
operations and in learning better methods to start, run and grow their
business.
Annual Responses: 5,000.
Annual Burden: 417.
