[Declaration of Disaster #3082]
State of Kentucky; Amendment #3
In accordance with a notice from the Federal Emergency Management
Agency dated June 3, 1998, the above-numbered Declaration is hereby
amended to include Letcher County in the State of Kentucky as a
disaster area due to damages caused by severe storms, tornadoes, and
flooding beginning on April 16, 1998 and continuing through May 10,
1998.
All counties contiguous to the above-named primary county have been
previously declared.
All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for
filing applications for physical damage is June 28, 1998 and for
economic injury the termination date is January 29, 1999.
