SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of New York (FEMA-1589-DR), dated April 19, 2005, and related determinations.

DATES:

Effective June 10, 2005.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of New York is hereby amended to include the following area among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of April 19, 2005:

Westchester County for Public Assistance.
