Description of Relief Sought: Wittman Regional Airport seeks an exemption from § 139.01of title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations in order to permit certain unscheduled air carrier operations at Wittman Regional Airport (KOSH) at limited times during Experimental Aircraft Association AirVenture 2021.
