Gasdel Pipeline Systems, Inc.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC 
Gas Tariff

June 12, 1997.
    Take notice that on June 9, 1997, Gasdel Pipeline System, Inc. 
(Gasdel) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First 
Revised Volume No. 1-A, certain tariff sheets to be effective June 1, 
1997.
    Gasdel states that the purpose of the filing is to comply with the 
Commission's letter order on Gasdel's Order No. 587 compliance filing, 
issued May 28, 1997 in Docket No. RP97-295-000.
    Gasdel requests waiver of the Commission's regulations to the 
extent necessary to permit the tariff sheets submitted to become 
effective June 1, 1997, consistent with the Commissions May 28, 1997 
order.
    Gasdel states that copies of the filing are being mailed to its 
jurisdictional customers and interested stated regulatory agencies.
    Any persons desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance 
with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
