ACTION: Notice and request for comments.

SUMMARY: The Federal Emergency Management Agency has submitted the
following proposed information collection to the Office of Management
and Budget for review and clearance in accordance with the requirements
of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3507).
Title: Reimbursement for Cost of Firefighting on Federal Property.
Type of Information Collection: Reinstatement with change, of a
previously approved collection for which approval has expired.
OMB Number: 3067-0141.
Abstract. Under Section 11 of the Federal Fire Prevention and
Control Act of 1974 (Pub. L. 93-498, 88 Stat. 1535, 15 U.S.C. 2201 et
seq.), fire services in any state may file claims for reimbursement for
direct expenses and losses which are additional firefighting costs over
and above normal operating costs incurred while fighting a fire on
property which is under the jurisdiction of the United States.
Affected Public: State, local, or tribal government.
Number of Respondents: 4.
Frequency of Response: 4 times a year.
Estimated Time per Respondent: 1.5 Hours.
Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 24.
