AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Mississippi College,
substitutes Channel 226A for Channel 229A at Yazoo City, Mississippi.
See 60 FR 10826, February 28, 1995. Channel 226A can be allotted to
Yazoo City, Mississippi, in compliance with the Commission's minimum
distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 12.4
kilometers (7.7 miles) east to avoid short-spacing conflicts with the
licensed site of Station KQID(FM), Channel 226C, Alexandria, Louisiana,
and to a construction permit for Station WDTL(FM), Channel 225C2,
Cleveland, Mississippi. The coordinates for Channel 226A at Yazoo City
are 32-50-29- and 90-16-28. With this action, this proceeding is
terminated.
DATES: Effective July 28, 1995. The window period for filing
applications will open on July 28, 1995, and close on August 28, 1995.
