    AGENCY: Federal Trade Commission.
    
    ACTION: Set Aside Order.

    SUMMARY: This order reopens a 1979 consent order, which prohibited the 
    medical association from participating in the creation or dissemination 
    of fee schedules relating to physician compensation, and sets aside the 
    consent order pursuant to the Commission's determination that the 
    public interest requires reopening and setting aside the order because 
    the order presents an obstacle to the respondent forming and operating 
    a managed care subsidiary.
    
    DATES: Consent order issued April 17, 1979. Set aside order issued 
    October 27, 1995.\1\
