    Act Classification; Arizona

AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.

    ACTION: Notice.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: The following public lands were examined and found suitable
for classification and lease under the R&PP Act of June 14, 1926, as
    amended, 43 U.S.C. 869 et seq. (see 56 FR 43034, August 30, 1991). The
lands have now been found suitable for conveyance under the same act:

Gila and Salt River Meridian, Arizona

    T. 19 N., R. 22 W.,
        Sec. 2, S\1/2\S\1/2\NE\1/4\, N\1/2\N\1/2\SE\1/4\.

The area described contains 80 acres.

The land is not needed for Federal purposes. Conveyance is
consistent with current BLM land use planning and would be in the
    public interest.
The patent, when issued, will reserve ditches and canals and all
minerals to the United States and be subject to the terms, conditions
and reservations contained in the R&PP Act, all applicable regulations
of the Secretary of the Interior, and all existing third-party rights.

general mining laws, except for conveyance under the R&PP Act and
leasing under the mineral leasing laws.
