Florida Gas Transmission Company; Notice Rescheduling Informal 
Settlement Conference

June 13, 1997.
    Take notice that the informal settlement conference that was 
previously scheduled in this proceeding on June 16 and June 17, 1997, 
has been rescheduled for Monday, June 23, 1997 at 1:00 p.m., and if 
necessary, will continue on June 24, 1997, at the offices of the 
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., 
Washington, DC 20426.
    Any party, as defined by 18 CFR 385.102(c), or any participant as 
defined in 18 CFR 385.102(b), is invited to attend. Persons wishing to 
become a party must move to intervene and receive intervenor status 
pursuant to the Commission's regulations (18 CFR 385.214).
