    Exclusive, or Partially Exclusive Licensing
    
    AGENCY: U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Adelphi, Maryland.
    
    ACTION: Notice.

    SUMMARY: The Department of the Army announces the general availability 
    of exclusive, partially exclusive or non-exclusive licenses relative to 
    a novel pop-up target system as described in the U.S. Army Research 
    Laboratory patent docket #ARL 98-16 and a subsequent patent application 
    to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. A licensing meeting is 
    scheduled for Wednesday, 15 July 1998 at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

    information. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed prior to 
    attending the licensing meeting. Licenses shall comply with 35 U.S.C. 
    209 and 37 CFR 404.
