Revocation of Customs Broker Licenses
AGENCY: U.S. Customs Service, Department of the Treasury.
ACTION: Broker license revocations.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that on March 30, 1995, the Secretary
of the Treasury, pursuant to Section 641, Tariff Act of 1930, as
amended, (19 U.S.C. 1641), and Part 111.74 of the Customs Regulations,
as amended (19 CFR 111.74), ordered the revocation of the following
Customs broker licenses due to the failure of the broker to file the
status report as required by 19 CFR 111.30(d). These licenses were
issued in the Houston-Galveston District. The list of affected brokers,
both individual and corporate, is as follows:
