AGENCY: Minority Business Development Agency.

ACTION: Cancellation of notice.

SUMMARY: This notice cancels the advertisement as it appeared in the 
April 6, 1994, issue for the Minority Business Development Agency 
(MBDA) announcement that it solicited competitive applications under 
its Minority Business Development Center (MBDC) Program to operate an 
MBDC in the Anaheim, California Geographic Service Area. The MBDA 
requirement for establishing a Minority Business Development Center in 
the Anaheim MSA has been cancelled.

CLOSING DATE: The closing date for submitting an application was May 
13, 1994.
