AGENCY: Minority Business Development Agency.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) is revising 
the closing date and the performance period for the Las Vegas MBDC. The 
new closing date will be July 29, 1994. The revised performance period 
will be from November 1, 1994 thru October 31, 1995. The original 
Announcement was published in the May 11, 1994, issue of the Federal 
Register. The new project I.D. number will be 09-10-95004-01. A pre-bid 
conference will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 8, 1994, at 1:30 
P.M. at the following address: City Hall, 400 East Stewart, General 
Services Conference Room, 1st floor, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101.
