U.S. CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY COMMISSION

TIME AND DATE: Wednesday, June 22, 1994.

Matters to be Considered:

1. Fireworks

    The Commission will consider options for Commission action to 
address the risk associated with multiple tube mine and shell 
fireworks devices.

2. Gas-Fired Water Heaters

    The staff will brief the Commission on options for Commission 
action to address the risk that gas-fired water heaters will ignite 
vapors from flammable liquids that are present in the home. A final 
portion of the briefing will be closed to discuss information 
relating to an enforcement matter.
