Educational Laboratory Program; Availability of Request

AGENCY: Department of Education.

ACTION: Notice of availability of request for proposals.

    On May 18, 1995, the Secretary published a notice in the Commerce 
Business Daily (page 2) announcing intent to issue a request for 
proposals (RFP) for the Regional Educational Laboratory Program. The 
Department of Education proposes to operate ten Regional Educational 
Laboratories to serve ten geographic regions. The closing date for 
responding to the RFP is August 8, 1995.
    The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that 
copies of the RFP may be obtained--
