Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation; Notice of Compliance 
Filing

June 16, 1995.
    Take notice that on June 1, 1995, pursuant to Section 154.62 of the 
Commission's Regulations and in compliance with the Commission's March 
17, 1995 order in Docket No. GT95-10-000, Texas Eastern Transmission 
Corporation (Texas Eastern) tendered for filing executed Section 7(c) 
service contract between Texas Eastern, as Pipeline, and Public Service 
Electric and Gas Company under its firm Rate Schedule FTS-7, Contract 
Number 331007. Texas Eastern states that on April 13, 1995, it 
submitted several executed Section 7(c) service contracts to the 
Commission in Docket No. GT95-10-001, but inadvertently omitted this 
contract.
    Texas Eastern requests that the Commission waive all necessary 
rules and regulations to permit the contract to become effective on the 
first day of the primary terms as stated in the contract.
    Texas Eastern states that a copy of the letter of transmittal and 
its attached contract is being sent to Public Service Electric and Gas 
Company.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 
385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests 
should be filed on or before June 23, 1995. Protests will be considered 
by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, 
but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. 
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available 
for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
