AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the State of 
Florida (FEMA-3139-EM), dated April 27, 1999, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: May 25, 1999.
