Notice of Recordable Disclaimer of Interest

    Notice is hereby given that the United States of America, pursuant 
to the provisions of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 
1976, 43 U.S.C. 1745, intends to disclaim and release all interest to 
the owner of record for the following property, to wit:

St. Stephen Meridian, Alabama

T. 7 N., R. 1 W.,
    Sec. 32

    Any person wishing to submit a protest or comments on the above 
disclaimer should do so in writing within 90 days of the publication 
date of this notice. If no protest(s) is received, the disclaimer will 
be effective shortly after the 90 day period.
    The purpose of this notice is to afford any person or persons 
having a protest to the above action an opportunity to submit such 
protest to the Bureau of Land Management, 7450 Boston Boulevard, 
Springfield, Virginia 22153, telephone [phone] on or before 
expiration of the 90-day period.
