The Foreign Claims Settlement Commission, pursuant to its

SUBJECT MATTER: (1) Oral Hearings on Objections to the Commission's
Proposed Decision on the Scope of the Holocaust Survivors Claims
Program, Decision No. HS-I, issued June 16, 1997; (2) Consideration of
individual Proposed Decisions on claims of Holocaust survivors against
Germany.
STATUS: Closed.
