Emergency Closure of Public Lands; Oregon

AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management (BLM), DOI.

ACTION: Notice is hereby given that effective immediately all public 
lands in Lake County, Oregon, as legally described below are closed to 
vehicle travel.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

T. 26 S., R. 17 E., Oregon
    Section 4 NW\1/4\, Section 3 W\1/2\, north of the existing 
vehicle access to crack in the ground well

    The purpose of this closure is to protect the area's threatened and 
endangered plant species. The authority for this closure is 43 CFR 
8341.2 and 8342. This closure will remain in effect until a new ORV 
designation plan is completed for the Lakeview Resource Area.
