        Pursuant to Section 10(d) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as

    amended (5 U.S.C. Appendix 2), notice is hereby given of the following 
    Heart, Lung, and Blood Special Emphasis Panel (SEP) meetings:
    
        Name of SEP: Demonstration and Education Research Grant 
    Applications and Dietary Patterns, Sodium Intake, and Blood Pressure 
    (DiPSIBoP).
        Date: July 16-17, 1996.
        Time: 9:00 a.m.
        Place: Washington National Airport Hilton Arlington, Virginia.

    with the applications and/or proposals, the disclosure of which 
    would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
