Correction

    The Federal Register notice (64 FR 32845, 6-18-99) describing 
Foreign-Trade Zones Board Order 1038 (approved 6-3-99) authorizing 
special-purpose subzone status for the automotive transfer case 
manufacturing plant of Borg-Warner Automotive Powertrain Systems 
Corporation (Inc.) (Subzone 38B), located in Seneca, South Carolina, is 
corrected as follows:
    Paragraph 4, Sentence 1, should read ``* * * (FTZ Docket 33-98, 
filed 6-23-98);''
